By accessing and using the Brothers Helping Brothers (BHB) Fitness website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services

BHB Fitness provides personal training, group fitness, online coaching, nutrition planning, and related wellness services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

Membership & Payments

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of enrollment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions require 24-hour advance notice for cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full session rate. Monthly packages include one flexible reschedule per month.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in any BHB Fitness program, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. You are responsible for ensuring you are medically cleared for physical activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and training programs, is the property of BHB Fitness and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

BHB Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abu Dhabi.
